Community Guidelines

FaceHub is a place to talk face to face with people you've just met. Please follow these rules so everyone feels comfortable. Breaking them can get your account restricted.

What's not allowed

Nudity and sexual content	Undressing or exposing your body · sexual acts · sexual comments or requests
Minors	Use by anyone under 18 (under 19 in Korea) · any sexualization of minors (Child Safety Standards)
Harassment and hate	Insults · putting people down for their looks, race, nationality, gender or religion · threats · prying for personal information
Spam and advertising	Promotion · sending people to other apps or sites · asking for money or gifts · scams
Violence and danger	Showing or encouraging violence, weapons or self-harm · illegal drugs
Recording and sharing	Recording, capturing or sharing someone's video without their consent
Impersonation and multiple accounts	Pretending to be someone else · making new accounts to get around a ban

Reporting and blocking

Report: tap the flag button during a chat or "Report" on the screen after it ends, then choose a reason. When you report during a chat, one still image of the other person's video at that moment is sent as evidence. The other person can't see who reported them.
Block: tap "Block" on the screen after a chat. You won't be matched with that person again, and any friendship and messages end. You can unblock people in Me › Blocked.
If you feel unsafe, end the chat right away and report it.

What happens after a report

Our team reviews reports and acts based on how serious the violation is. Severe violations can lead to a permanent ban on the first offense.

Action	What it means
Warning	You'll see a warning in the app. Once you acknowledge it, you can keep using the app.
24-hour suspension	You can't use video chat for 24 hours.
7-day suspension	You can't use video chat for 7 days.
Permanent ban	The account can no longer be used, and you can't sign up again with the same device, phone number or login method.
Age check required	When a report that you may be under age could be right. Verify your age in the app with your face or an ID document and the restriction is lifted right away.

If 3 different people report you within 24 hours, video chat is paused until our team reviews it. If nothing is wrong, you can use it again right away.

Appeals

If you think we got it wrong, tap "Appeal" on the restriction screen in the app and tell us what happened. We'll review it and let you know the result in the app.
