How to delete your account

In the app

1. Open the FaceHub app.
2. Go to Me › Settings › Delete account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and can't be restored.

If you've uninstalled the app or can't use it

Send the form below. After confirming it's you, we'll delete your account and data within 30 days and email you the result. You can also email [email protected].

Your Google or Facebook account email, or the email you log in with

If you signed up with Facebook

Deleting your account as described above also deletes the data we received through Facebook Login (your Facebook user identifier and email). To remove the connection on Facebook's side, remove FaceHub under Facebook Settings › Apps and Websites.

What's deleted and what's kept

Deleted immediately	Account · profile (photo, bio, interests) · friends · messages · chat history · block list · login details · notification token · age check result
Deleted after a set period	Messages sent during chats (180 days after sending) · evidence in reports made by other members (90 days after the report is resolved) · server backups (7 days)
Kept	If your account was ever restricted, a non-identifying value (hash) and the restriction record, to prevent sign-up again
